Glazed Carrots – 1 lbs carrots, 1/8 c butter, 1/8 c brown sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/16 tsp white pepper, water. Place carrots in pot and add water to reach 1″ depth, boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer until tender (8-10 min). Drain, transfer to bowl. In same pot melt butter, add brown sugar, salt, pepper.
